By purchasing from LensLogic, the “User” acknowledges they are acquiring precision stabilization and lighting equipment and agree to follow all maximum load and electrical guidelines.
2.2 Product Integrity & Usage Responsibility
- Load-Bearing Compliance: Each tripod and stand has a rated “Payload Capacity.” The user acknowledges that exceeding this limit or using unbalanced gear is a violation of usage terms and voids any safety guarantees.
- Electrical Standards (Lighting): All USB-powered and AC-powered ring lights are designed for the 220V–240V standard (where applicable) or standard USB 5V inputs. The user is responsible for using stable power sources to prevent flickering or LED burnout.
- Compatibility Representation: While we strive for “Universal” fitment, the user acknowledges that certain ruggedized phone cases or unconventional camera builds may require specific adapters.
2.3 Logistics & Transit Security
Given the fragile nature of lighting elements and the mechanical precision of tripods, LensLogic utilizes specialized “Fragile-Guard” courier partners. The “Risk of Loss” passes to the user upon delivery. We maintain a “Professional-Seal” protocol to ensure no used or returned “Studio Gear” is ever resold as new.
